Too many fields and too much manual work
Review the steps your team actually follows. Simplify agreed layouts and views, make key fields clear and leave short instructions people can use.
Salesforce support / UK businesses
Salesforce can support a more involved sales process, but the setup still needs to make sense to the people using it. We help with everyday administration, reporting, Flow automation and disconnected data in an existing account.

Review the steps your team actually follows. Simplify agreed layouts and views, make key fields clear and leave short instructions people can use.
Check what a report counts, its filters, stage definitions and sample records. Trace missing or duplicate data before changing a dashboard.
Review ownership, routing and task creation. Agree which event should trigger the next step and who handles an exception.
Investigate the trigger, entry conditions, permissions and failing element. Check fault handling and how the Flow behaves with missing values or repeated updates.
Agree which system owns each field and how records are matched. Review supported native connections, Zapier or Make.com, and any edition or API access requirements.
Identify what the business needs now, what is safe to keep and which problems need a separately scoped repair. Major rebuilds, migrations and custom development are quoted as projects.
Illustrative task / not a client result
Check the stage change, the assigned owner and the information delivery needs. An agreed Flow or integration can create a task, notify the team and record the handover against the opportunity. Missing details go to review.
HOW THE WORK IS APPROACHED
Start with the sales process, users, affected records and a shortlist of problems. Check the account edition, access, dependencies and existing customisations.
Use an appropriate sandbox or agreed test approach where available. Check representative records, permissions, repeat updates and failure cases before approval.
Record the change, who owns it and what to check next. Agree small follow-up work through a care plan; larger changes keep their own scope.
ONGOING IMPROVEMENT
A monthly plan can cover selected administration, small changes and a review of the next useful improvement. Agree one primary CRM account and one task in progress. We check the complexity and capacity before recommending a plan.
A new Salesforce implementation, substantial Flow redesign, Apex work, large migration or business-critical integration is not covered by a small monthly change allowance. These need a separate discovery, quote and delivery plan. Vendor licences and API access are separate.

No formal Salesforce partnership or certification is claimed. This is independent consultancy. We check the work and fit before agreeing an engagement.
Yes, subject to the account and scope. Start with one failing or manual process. We agree the expected behaviour, investigate the relevant Flow and test an approved change. A major redesign gets a separate quote.
We check the edition, API access, supported actions, authentication and the other tool first. A listing in Zapier or Make.com does not mean every action is available in your account.
No. Improve is bounded care for an existing, suitable setup. Implementation, rescue work and substantial development are scoped and priced separately.
USEFUL FIRST CHECKS
A few details are enough to check the fit and explain where to start. The scope and cost are agreed before paid work.
