CRM rescue / HubSpot, Zoho & Salesforce

Get a difficult CRM setup back under control

If your team has gone back to spreadsheets, reports don’t agree or nobody trusts the workflows, start with a review of what is happening. We agree a manageable repair plan before adding more tools.

WHAT WE CAN FIX

Find out what is worth fixing first

A bounded investigation

Agree the affected process, account, sample records and questions to answer. Technical investigation is paid work with a scope and price agreed in advance.

A short repair plan

Separate the urgent blockers from later improvements. Explain what can be kept, the risks and the work needed to reach a usable baseline.

Approved changes and handover

Quote the repair separately, agree test cases and approvals, then record what changed and how it should behave. A care plan can follow once the setup is stable.

Illustrative situation

The CRM is live, but the team still works around it

A review can follow one enquiry from arrival to handover: who owns it, which details are missing and where people copy information by hand. That evidence shapes a smaller repair before a wider rebuild is considered.

ONGOING IMPROVEMENT

Move to monthly care when the baseline is clear

Keep a list of small improvements once the main problems are resolved. Improve provides a monthly priority review, agreed changes and a written update within its three-hour cap.

Submitting an enquiry does not include a free technical audit. Discovery, a major cleanup, migration or rebuild has its own accepted quote. Data recovery and sales results cannot be guaranteed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about this service

Do we have to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. The review starts with the business process and what your existing account can already do. Replacement is only considered if the requirements justify it.

Can the monthly plan pay for the whole rescue?

Small agreed tasks may fit. A substantial investigation or rescue is separately priced so it does not consume an undefined number of monthly allowances.

Tell us what you need help with

A few details are enough to check the fit and explain where to start. The scope and cost are agreed before paid work.
