Getting started

How the support service works

Start with a short enquiry. Jack checks the work involved and confirms the price and start date before you pay.

Send an enquiry
  1. 01

    Tell Jack what you need

Use the contact form with your business, CRM and a short description of the problem. The first-reply target for new enquiries is two working days.

  2. 02

Agree the investigation or first task

Jack checks the scope, access and likely effort. A one-off investigation, initial cleanup or setup gets a separate quote if it is needed.

  3. 03

Confirm the price and start date

Choose a one-off job or monthly plan. A Stripe invoice or payment link is sent after agreement. The monthly service begins on the agreed start date.

  4. 04

    Arrange access and approvals

Invite the access needed for the job. Agree who can approve live changes and any extra cost. Your accounts stay in your ownership.

  5. 05

Send requests and follow the work

Use the support form or reply to Jack’s existing email thread. You receive a request reference, agreed next steps and work updates. The monthly summary records work and time.

Initial work is agreed separately

The enquiry is a fit check, not a paid technical investigation. If the account needs an audit, cleanup or repair before regular support, Jack quotes that work and explains the expected result before you accept.

Any initial work and the monthly start date are written down, so the first month’s hours have a clear purpose. A small first task can use the monthly allowance when agreed.

Reply time and repair time are different

Support and Improve target a first human reply within two working days; Partner within one. Work is scheduled after the task, access and estimate are understood.

This is planned business support during UK working hours. A one-off urgent investigation can be discussed subject to availability, with no promise of emergency cover.

You can see what the monthly support is doing

On Improve and Partner, Jack reviews your requests and improvement list, agrees the next priority and sends a written work-and-time summary.

If no repair is waiting, the agreed improvement list gives us work to consider. The review, changes, testing and notes all use your plan’s hours.

For example, a review might identify a clearer view, a follow-up reminder or a report that needs correcting. The task and estimate are agreed before it is scheduled.

Review a small sample of duplicate contacts. Estimate: 30 minutes. Any merges need your approval.

This shows how work and time can be reported. It is not a promise of this amount of work in every month. Reviews, testing and notes use the same allowance.
